Everyone on the team/listing was extremely helpful and responsive from booking the Airbnb and throughout the entire stay. The amenities were perfect and made our stay at Pendleton Pines such a fun experience. From the jacuzzi, to the sauna and even the balcony. Perfect place for out trip and they also took in our dogs which was what ultimately sold me. They had soooo much space to run around and explore. Place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the kitchen. Not to mention the house is such a short drive to everything. Will definitely be checking back in to this in the future!! Very cozy home that was very spacious. The kitchen was perfect and had everything you can need to cook. The backyard is set up very well and the corn hole was a huge plus for the kids. The house was very clean and I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

12/10 Recommend! The house was so cute & clean. I’m a sucker for a good ol’ A frame cabin. Chris & Laura were very helpful and friendly as well. They communicated throughout our stay and answered my questions. The Pac-Man arcade game & complimentary wine bottle was also a cool touch. Thank you once again. Definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Summit Ridge was just as described! Spacious, clean and right down the street from Snow Summit (about a 10 minute walk). The living room had a large comfortable sofa for us to hang out. We especially loved that the home was pet friendly and were able to bring our dog with us. We stayed in Summer and walked to Summit for mountain biking and some kids' activities. This home would be fantastic during the Winter if you ski/board! Chris was very friendly, helpful and responded promptly when I reached out with questions! The only word of caution is that people drive fast down the street! Its a residential street, but a long straight shot to/from the main road and Summit. The city of Big Bear really needs to put in some speed bumps! We didn't have any super young children in our group, but I would be cautious if you do. I wouldn't even let my teenagers ride their bikes out front. That being said, we would love to stay here again!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED Pinecone Perch! everything was perfect and there is so much thought put into the place. I definitely plan to return to Big Bear just to stay at Pinecone Perch again. Wish I could've stayed longer.

My wife and I wanted a big bear getaway we’re we could enjoy the city charm but have our own serene escape. Chris’ home was the perfect combo of modern amenities with classic charm. Cabin was a great size comfortable space with a great fireplace. We were able to grill and easily enjoy the lake. At night we would relax in the hot tub. Chris was very responsive and the place lives up to the listing. We will be coming back in the snow season.

Had an amazing week of WFM at Laura and Chris’s cabin. Really impressed with the attention to details and all the amenities provided! Cabin was very clean and well maintained. Great work station set up on the 2nd floor. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs + full size gas and charcoal grill for BBQ. Location is very quiet, just steps away from many trails to explore. One of the best cabins I’ve stayed at in Big Bear and would definitely come back!

A cozy mountain hideaway full of charming and thoughtful details and comforts. The house is incredibly clean, beautiful, and very well equipped with everything you need. The view from the loft bedroom can't be beat - wake up to hear birds chirping in the oak trees and fall asleep looking at the stars. Enjoy a bubbly soak in the backyard under twinkle lights after a day of enjoying the mountain air. Thank you, Chris and we hope to come back again!

Chris is very responsive and easy to work with. Loved the space. It was perfect for me and my family visiting for the weekend.
