With a strong background in hotel sales management, Chris is experienced with partnering with his clients to bring their property to another level of success.
A-Chalet was started to help new and frustrated owners affectively market and manage their Cabin’s in a responsible and profitable way.
With over 15 years of experience in cleaning and hospitality through my family’s company, Abundance Cleaning, I’ve been blessed to turn a passion for serving into a calling. After relocating to Big Bear, I expanded our services into short-term rental housekeeping—and within just four months, God opened the door for me to partner with A-Chalet as one of their lead hospitality cleaners.
As the business grew, I transitioned into Inventory Manager, where I developed systems to streamline supplies and ensure every home was guest-ready. That role quickly evolved into Market Manager, where I now oversee daily operations across guest solutions, vendor coordination, supply management, and resolution support.
Laurel has a strong background in property management and customer relations. Laurel has stayed in multiple Airbnb's all over the world and country, and knows what a vacation rental customer desires for their stay. She works on getting listings ready to be marketed and working with guests to ensure they have a comfortable stay.
Laurel has a passion for working with native plants and offers interactive native plant landscaping as a feature for vacation rentals. Laurel loves to explore and learn new things about the world, herself, and others.
Creative Social Media Strategist in the Los Angeles area. Highly skilled in social media management, engagement growth, content development, campaigns, influencer relations, and improving social metrics.
Laura has been a hairstylist for nearly two decades specializing in “bangs” while developing an impressive rolodex throughout West Los Angeles.
As baby Kaila was born; she altered her schedule enjoying guest communications with A-Chalet and the new momma life.
Laura knows the value of organization and attention to detail. Regardless of the task; you can count on Laura to make sure the guests needs always comes first.
Walter’s hobbies include, but not limited to: Off-roading, mentorship, reading, & hiking.
He has a strong background in operations management, technology implementation and project management, and revenue management providing A-Chalet with his years of experience to ensure exceptional guest and owner services.

Not stopping there, the backyard is haven for relaxing and socializing. It has a jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ, axe throwing, screen for a projector, side yard with plenty of space to run around for your furry friends etc..
I can’t say enough about this property. A couple miles away from the city but it’s a short drive to get around. Stop looking around and book Pendleton Pines!
We had an amazing experience staying at Cove Lakeside! It was so beautiful and relaxing that we didn’t want to leave and actually extended our stay an extra day. The hosts have thought of everything you would need to make your trip enjoyable. It’s a great location with an awesome view! We can’t wait to find time to visit again!
